I am an American homebrewer, beer geek, and outdoor cooking enthousiast married to a Belgian woman who hates beer and thinks its too cold out to fire up the grill. Thats where you come in to the picture dear blog reader. You can be the sounding board for my ranting and raving for all things brewed and scorched.
